A well done article from Yachting Monthly on downsizing your boat of choice as time goes on. I started out on my Naples Sabot at 8' and worked up to 52'. Have now downsized to 29' with a boat I am comfortable sailing myself (67 years old now) or with one other person safely. Best decision I have made as I am very satisfied. Onward we go in this adventure we call life!
